Primal Fit Policy’s

1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a session a 24-hour notice must be given or you lose your session in full. Sessions never expire and are transferrable (to another person), but are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing: text or email is preferred. An Instagram message is acceptable as well. This also applies to Community Classes.

2. Hold Policy: If you have a permanent (reoccurring) time slot on my schedule and you need to take time off for any reason (illness, injury, vacation, personal reason, etc..) and you would like to hold your spot I will need:

a. A date of return

b. Valid sessions or a $100 deposit that is non-refundable but will be put towards your next package

If you choose to take a leave without any valid sessions left, a return date, and/or your deposit then your time slot can be given to another existing client or new client and we will have to find another time that works for our schedules once you plan on returning. Another time slot that works with both schedules is not guaranteed.

3. Snow Days: The 24-hour cancelation policy is nulled when there is inclement weather (except for virtual sessions). I do not want anyone to be in an unsafe situation. If you would like to have your session virtually that can be arranged. A virtual session is cheaper; you can pay the virtual price for one session or use a session from your regular package. 

4. Group Sessions: All group members must be present to get the group rates. If your group member needs to cancel, you can still come in for that time for a single session which is a different cost. You can pay for a single session as a drop-in or buy a package to use when needed. If your group member cancels with less than 24-hour notice, you can still come in for your group session at the group session rate, since it was a late cancellation for your group member. If you normally do group sessions and you want to grab a “grab and go” session as a single person, again this will be the cost of a regular single session; not a group session. You can also find someone to join you for the session (this does not need to be an existing client). Please text your trainer & your group member if you need to cancel in a group chat.

5. Office (texting) hours: Please refrain from texting after 7 pm

6. Payments must be made 24 hours before your next scheduled session. There will be a $10.00 late fee for every week your payment is late. Payment plans are available and contracts will be drafted. This also applies to Community Classes. Payments accepted: Venmo (@kara-dalena) or check.

Sales Tax MUST be included. Prices listed on the website are before tax.

7. Personal Training sessions can NOT be converted to Community Classes and vice versa. Payments for these two services are separate.

For example: If you purchased a 5 pack of personal training sessions and after your 3rd session you decided you only wanted to attend community classes, you can NOT convert your remaining 2 personal training sessions to community classes.
