NUTRITION Counseling

As a NASM-CERTIFIED Nutrition Coach, I will evaluate your eating patterns (dietary habits) and help identify triggers and areas of improvement around your daily nutrition. I will coach you on setting and accomplishing goals, provide non-judgmental support, and help maintain new habits and behaviors to ensure success. I will educate YOU on proper nutrition and create custom plans based on your specific goals.

how it works:

First, we will meet for a FREE initial consultation; either in person or virtual. We will discuss your fitness goals and where you find you are struggling with nutrition. Then during your planning session, together we will come up with an effective plan to maintain new habits and behaviors around food. We will use an app to track food, water, sleep, exercise, etc…and then we will meet for follow-up sessions where we can see what is working, what is not, and how we can make any necessary changes, or work to maintain progress. Education on macros (protein, carbs, fats) will be provided; tips on navigating the grocery store can be included; and most importantly finding a plan that works for your lifestyle.

These sessions (and packages) are separate from personal training sessions (and packages).
